She Is A Member Of The Franciscan Sisters Of The Eucharist, A Roman Catholic Community Of Religious Sisters Founded In The United States. Sister Maria Serra Holds A Master Of Business Administration Degree From Southern Connecticut State University And A Post-Master Certificate In Dogmatic Theology From Holy Apostles College And Seminary.

Before Coming To Vancouver Three Years Ago, Sister Maria Serra Served In The Archdiocese Of Washington, The Archdiocese Of San Francisco, The Archdiocese Of Hartford, And The Diocese Of Grand Rapids. Composing And Singing Music, Sewing, Making Rosaries And Working Outside On Sunny Days, Are Ways Sister Maria Serra Integrates The Intensity Of Her Ministry.
